15-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your e-bike. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your e-bike within 15 days of receiving it.
Return requirements:
- Odometer must show less than 10 miles.
- Original packaging is required.
- Bike must be in new condition, free of dirt and damage.
- All accessories and charger must be included.
Fees
Free returns: For quality issues or manufacturing defects.
Change of mind: If the bike is functional but you simply choose not to keep it, you are responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee may apply for bikes not in original condition.
How to start a return
- Contact our support team at support@ridevolt.nl.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a prepaid shipping label (cost deducted from refund for non-defective returns).
- Pack the bike in its original box according to our packing guide.
- Drop off at the designated carrier location.
Refunds
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
