2-Year All-Inclusive Warranty
All RIDEVOLT e-bikes are covered under our 2-year all-inclusive manufacturer's warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects.
What is covered?
Components against workmanship and material defects including:
- Frame: 2 Years
- Batteries: 2 Years (or 500 charge cycles)
- Motor: 2 Years
- Controller: 2 Years
- Display: 2 Years
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (tires, tubes, brake pads, etc.)
- Improper assembly or maintenance
- Damage from accidents, abuse, or neglect
- Water damage from submersion or power-washing
How to make a claim
If you believe you have a warranty claim, contact us at support@ridevolt.nl with your order number, serial number, and photos/videos of the issue.
